A pre-operation site inspection was made of the proposed Cooley Reservoir & Fulton <br />Wildlife Area 112 operation. Present during the inspection was Mr. Robert Fleming of ADCO <br />Consulting. The site is located in Adams County and is bounded by East 104th Avenue and <br />McKay Road. Photographs (slides) were taken of various features throughout and adjacent to <br />the proposed operation. <br />2. The proposed 112 operation will be permitted for 349 acres. The mining plan specifies <br />both wet mining and dry mining methods in various portions of the 349 acres. The reclamation <br />plan specifies creation of a large water storage reservoir. Other portions of the affected <br />land will be reclaimed to recreational use, wildlife habitat, and industrial use. <br />3.
