The quarry has not been mined since issuance of the permit in 19'77. <br />2. Payment of annual dues and receipt of annual reports is up to date. <br />3. You asked that the bond on this operation be re-evaluated due to the <br />present and anticipated future inactivity at the site. <br />RECOMMENDATIONS: <br />1. We recommend that the performance bond for this operation be temporarily <br />adjusted to E1,000.00 from the present amount of 543,000.00. We ret+~in the <br />bond amount of 51,000.00 in the event that any minor disturbance occurs. The <br />bond adjustment would be accompanied by a stipuTion that Colorado Lien <br />Company cannot begin any mining or mining development until the original bond <br />amount of E43,000.00 has been resubmitted. <br />2. Please submit a letter stating your acceptance of this financial warranty <br />adjustment by February 15, 1986.
