,. <br />III. COMMENTS -COMPLIANCE <br />Below are comments on the inspection. The comments include discussion of observations made <br />during the inspection. Comments also describe any enforcement actions taken during the <br />inspection and the facts or evidence supporting the enforcement action. <br />This was a complete inspection of the Blue Flame Coal Mine for the month of September, 1996. <br />The site is very stable with lots of diverse vegetation that completely controls erosion. This site <br />is recommened for a reduced frequency inspection schedule. <br />Deer continue to browse on the reclamation. <br />
