The seedmix currently permitted consists of 7#PLS/AC Indian <br />Ricegrass and 1#PLS/AC Blue grams in addition to the proposed <br />amendment seedmix: Crested wheatgrass and Russian wildrye. <br />Please include these species in the revegetation seedmix. The <br />seeding rates required for Crested wheatgrass and Russian wildrye <br />would be reduced to 3#PLS/AC and 4#PLS/AC, accordingly. <br />3. The currently permitted Reclamation Plan includes fertilization. <br />Please discuss the possibility of conducting a soil analyses prior <br />to revegetation efforts to determine the optimal fertilization rate <br />required, if any. <br />Please provide a response to each item addressed in this letter at your <br />earliest convenience, preferably prior to January 10, 1985.
