P <br />III. COMMENTS -COMPLIANCE <br />Below are comments on the inspection. The comments include discussion of observations made <br />during the inspection. Comments also describe any enforcement actions taken during the <br />inspection and the facts or evidence supporting the enforcement action. <br />This was an aerial inspection of the New Pyror Mine for the month of April, 1996. <br />The site is dry with no sigs of any appreciable moisture. There appears to be no change since <br />the last inspection. <br />Slopes appear to be stable and there is no evidence of any further erosion. <br />
