Pn:orcement <br />actions resulting from failure to comply with the Act, Rules and Regulations, and the permit <br />also are identified below. <br />1. I indicated that stabilization seeding should be accomplished on topsoil, berms, <br />ditches and road cuts and fills as soon as possible to take advantage of the high <br />soil moisture conditions. <br />2. The upper diversion ditch should be restored when construction activity adjacent <br />to the ditch is completed. <br />
