Graund condi*_icns on 'h:s <br />day were very dry and the wear.her was meld with rain threateni:~~~. <br />Roads <br />The steep sentian of the road leading south into Section 2?_ was <br />found in good uonditior. with nc evidence of rutting oz damage. A new <br />~o Trespassing sign has been established along this road, <br />potentially indicating a change o: !and ownership that rould affect <br />the southern perticn of the reclaimed area. <br />icclc9ic Ba:anre <br />Gn'_y pond 1~-F3 held <br />water on previous <br />inspections this <br />year. Now, all ponds <br />are dry due to <br />persistent drought <br />condir_ions. <br />Pond 22-D3, shown at <br />right, captures <br />runoff from a large <br />area of reclaimed <br />lands. :*_ was dry <br />with no evidence of <br />ar.y recent inflow. <br />The ditch, most <br />recen*_ly repaired by <br />the Division from <br />forfeited bond <br />funds, above the <br />!d t'lle t)C;X ~=U1'Je rt O <br /> <br />. -~ .
