The problems should be corrected by the <br />dates given, or they will become possible violations. The possible violations should be <br />corrected by the dates given to reduce their severity when considered by the Mined Land <br />Reclamation Board. The inspector noted on the previous page should be notified of all <br />corrective actions taken. <br />PROBLEMS/POSSIBLE VIOLATIONS <br />AND <br />CORRECTIVB ACTIONS <br />DATE <br />1. Dewatering of "Area 1" is not permissible under the Dahlia _ <br />North Resources Mining and Reclamation Permit. PB or PV :PB <br />TOPIC (S):HB <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: <br />The operator must cease all pit dewatering activity until it can <br />be demonstrated that such activity will be managed to protect <br />against injury to existing water rights. Such demonstration <br />will need to be filed with the Permit Amendment 002. <br />2. The operator has started the work proposed under Permit PE or PV:PB <br />Amendment 002 prior to the Division's approval of the Amendment. TOPIC (S):OD <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: <br />The operator must cease all work associated with Permit <br />Amendment 002 until the Division approves the Amendment and the <br />appropriate financial warranty is posted by the operator. <br />
