With regard to the specific information conceming this mle, <br />a) The attached map details the location of the proposed fill. <br />b) The area to be backfilled is approximately 60-feet wide, 110-feet long, and 16- <br />feet high yielding an approximate volume of 7,000 tons. <br />c) The attached affidavit certifies that the material meets the definition of "clean <br />and inert" fill. Based on this affidavit, Lafarge believes that the groundwater will <br />not be impacted by the placement of this material. <br />d) It is anticipated that the material will start to be incorporated into the <br />reclamation process within 2 years. It will continue as or if material is available <br />in the future. <br />E & f) The material is presently mixed with dirt as Lafarge stockpiles it and it is <br />then incorporated in the lower (bottom) 1/3 of th4e slope.
