For the Platte Valley Pit, Permit No. M-89-120. CAMAS <br />Colorado, Inc. is now the pemvtted operator of the Platte Valley Pit, and as such, is responsible for all provisions <br />in Permit No. M-89-120, as well as those specified in the Rules and Regulations. <br />Enclosed is Liberty Mutual Insurance Company Corporate Surety Bond No. 23-000-548, in the amount of <br />$5,000.00, and the Performance Warranty you originally provided. These have been released as of the <br />June 22, 1998 Division approval for the succession of operators.
