III. COMMENTS -COMPLIANCE <br />Below are comments on the inspection. The comments include discussion of observations made <br />during the inspection. Comments also describe any enforcement actions taken during the <br />inspection and the facts or evidence supporting the enforcement action. <br />chlorine. The operator stated that Trapper is looking into the <br />possibility that the chlorine has altered chemical monitoring <br />results at that well. <br />RECLAMATION <br />No major gullying was observed at the mine site. Reclamation <br />repairs have been accomplished. The operator will still do some <br />noxious weed spraying this year. <br />No problems were noted at the slump area above the ash pit. The <br />visual markers showed no sign of movement. The contour ditches were <br />functional. No problems were noted with the two piezometer wells. <br />A trickle of water was flowing out of the french drain. A trickle <br />of water was also coming out of the seep that is just to the east <br />of the slump area.
