IV. ENFORCEMENT ACTIONS
The following identifies enforcement actions taken during this inspection, the required abatement and date of
abatement for the violation, previous violations still requiring abatement and the termination of violations cited
during previous inspections.
Mine water dischazge was occurring through the emergency spillway at an estimated rate of 150 to 200 g.p.m. The
pipe was noted plugged on 9/24/97 and 9/26/97. NOV C-97-015 was issued for failure to maintain pond and
passing water [!trough the emergency spilhvay.
