I apologize for getting this to you so long after the <br />request. A little back ground may be in order here. In the letter <br />you sent an Airphoto and requested we put the permitted area on it <br />and asked of an accounting of the amount of area disturbed in the <br />mine. I returned the Airphoto to you on February 16`h, 1993 and <br />over looked the accounting.
