The problems should be corrected by the dates given, or they will become possible violations. The possible violations should be corrected by the dates given to reduce their severity when considered by the Mined Land Reclamation Board. The inspector noted on the previous page should be notified of all corrective actions taken. PROBLEMS/POSSIBLE VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS There are non-mining-related items stored at the site, though such storage is not approved in the existing mining and reclamation plans. CORRECTIVE ACTION: The operator must remove non-mining-related items from the site, and properly store or dispose of them elsewhere. (Certain mining-related items may remain, if approved in the permit plans.) Evidence of completion of the removal must be received by this office by the date shown at right. 2. Many loads of trash, garbage and debris have been dumped in the pit, though the site is not approved as a landfill, and it is not part of the approved mining and reclamation plans. CORRECTIVE ACTION: The operator must remove all such dumped trash, garbage and debris, and haul it to a properly licensed facility (such as the county landfill).
