<br />III. COMMENTS -COMPLIANCE <br />Below are Comments on the inspection. The comments include discussion of observations made <br />during the inspection. Comments also describe any enforcement actions taken during the <br />inspection and the facts or evidence supporting the enforcement action. <br />This was an aerial inspection flown by Harry Ranney, of the Division, on 1/8!02. He found no evidence of <br />compliance problems at the site during the flight. He shot four digital images that cover the belt outback area and <br />refuse pile. Print-outs of two of the images are attached <br />Tom Kaldenbach of the Division examined the images on a computer screen. The site is snow covered. No <br />compliance problems were evident in the images. <br />Coal Processing Waste <br />No activity is evident on the waste pile. Waste material appears contained within the disposal area. Diversion <br />ditches appear in good repair. <br />3 <br />
