III. COMMENTS - COMPLIANCE <br />Below are comments on the inspection. The comments include discussion of observations made during <br />the inspection. Comments also describe any enforcement actions taken during the inspection and the <br />facts or evidence supporting the enforcement action. <br />This was a partial inspection conducted by Tom Kaldenbach of the Colorado Division of Minerals and <br />Geology. No one else was present. <br />More than a foot of snow covered the permit area. <br />Mine i.d. s~9ns were properly displayed on County Rd. 53. No problems were found in shrub parcel 003, <br />although snow cover limited inspection. <br />Page 3 <br />
