An aerial inspection of the S Fruita Gravel Pit was conducted. Several or more oblique photographs of the 104 acre site <br />were taken with a digital camera and will be used by the Division staff during future permitting and/or ground inspections <br />to determine compliance with the approved mine and reclamation plan. The photographs are attached to this report, ie: <br />images 32, 33, 35, 37, 38, 40. <br />2. The status of the S Fruita Gravel Pit is "temporary cessation". The aerial photographs verify that there is mining <br />disturbance at the site. The disturbance appears to be stable and in conformance with the mine plan. <br />3.
