Comments also describe any enforcement actions taken during the inspection and the <br />facts or evidence supporting the enforcement action. <br />This was an aerial inspection of the Coal Gulch Mine for the month of Aphl, 2002. <br />Hydrolonic Balance: The pond has very little water in it and is not discharging. <br />Reclamation Success: The site vegetation is dry this year due to a very dry winter. <br />General Mine Compliance: The diversion to Coal Gulch has been installed. <br />
