Charles Kuntz, Washington County District <br />No. 2 Road Forman, was also present. <br />The Permit ID sign was posted at the entrance to the site, and the permit boundaries were <br />identified. The site is being actively mined. Topsoil has been stockpiled along the west <br />side of the permit boundary.
