- - • (Page 2) • <br />MINE ID # OR PROSPECTING ID #: M-1983-17h <br />INSPECTION DATE: ps/n9mn INSPECTORS INITIALS: C'I K <br />OBSERVATIONS <br />The following observations were mode during apre-operations inspection of this 52 acre 1 12 open pit <br />amendment area. <br />1) The majority of the site has not been mined as yet. The area along the south boundary has been previously <br />excavated, with stockpiles of gravel and topsoil in the areas designated on the map. No mining has taken <br />place in the creek beds as yet. <br />2) No extra features were present in the amendment area that had not been included on the map. The <br />perimeter of the currently applied-for permit area was staked along the creek edge, and marked with <br />fencing along the north and east sides. <br />3) Buildings in place in the area which will be the process area match those currently shown on the map. <br />No other problems were noted at the site at this time.
