III. COMMENTS - COMPLIANCE <br />Below are comments on the inspection. The comments include discussion of observations <br />made during the inspection. Comments also describe any enforcement actions taken during <br />the inspection and the facts or evidence supporting the enforcement action. <br />This was an aerial inspection flown on October 30, 2001 by Harry Ranney of the <br />Colorado Division of Minerals and Geology. Kent Gorham of CDMG reviewed oblique <br />aerial photos in the office on November 5, 2001. The weather on this day was <br />conducive for good photography. This former underground mine is reclaimed. Some <br />buildings remain as permanent for use by the landowner. <br />Hvdroloaic Balance <br />The two sections of armored drainage channels appeared in good condition. The <br />site still appears to be very dry. No evidence of gullies or erosion was visible <br />in the photos. The sediment pond appeared to be dry. <br />Overall, the site appeared in normal condition for the fall season. <br />3 <br />
