opportunity as required by the approved pernit. <br />Excess Spoil <br />Drainage on fill 7 and fill 9 appears to function as designed. Riprap Downdrains <br />were found in good condition with no sign of damage due to recent flows. Some <br />ponding on terrace benches was noted and is normal during the early years of fill <br />construction. Terrace benches may require some grading to promote flow to the <br />dawndrains. Fills appeared stable with no evidence of damage, slumps, or slides. <br />Fiil 8 remains partially constructed at this time.
