(Page 2)
MINE ID # OR PROSPECTING ID #: nn_t gat-6AFi
INSPECTION DATE: 9/77/67 INSPECTOR'S INITIALS: KAP
OBSERVATIONS
1. This inspection was conducted as part of the Division of Minerals and Geology's monitoring program. Present at the
inspection were Kate Pickford, DMG and Noble Underbrink, Northern Colorado Water Conservancy District. Weather at the
time of the inspection was partly cloudy, calm, and approximately 60 degrees.
2. A sign was posted at the entrance to the site and the boundaries were marked. Topsoil is stockpiled and well vegetated.
Berms surround the site to prevent surface water runoff from the site. There is a breach in the protective berm along the west
side of the site. This allows surface water resulting from irrigation of fields up gradient to flow across the site and drain into the
adjacent wetlands. Slopes bounding the disturbed area are 3:1. Noxious weeds were not present at the site.
3. All activities and completed work at the time of inspection appeared to be following the guidelines set forth in the mining
plan for the pit. All operations and conditions at the time of the inspection fall within regulations. A bond recalculation will be
conducted as a portion of this inspection in order to determine whether the current bond is adequate to reclaim [he site.
I & E Contact Address
NAME: terry Westbrook
OPERATOR: Northern Colorado Water Conservancy
STREET: P O Box 679
CITY/STATE/ZIP: Loveland.
