Present during the inspection was Mr. David Bauer of the <br />Weld County Public Works Dept. Digital photographs were taken and are attached to this report. <br />2. The Applicant (Weld County Public Works Department) has submitted an application far 115.7 acres, will mine <br />construction materials using conventional dry-mining techniques, and reclaim disturbed areas to rangeland. <br />3. The only permanent man-made structure of significance within 200 feet of the proposed disturbed area is an overhead <br />power-line as shown on Exhibit C -Mine Plan Map. The power-line is approximately 150 feet from the southern tip of the <br />proposed gravel extraction area. <br />4.
