Due to an
oversight, this item was not motioned in a 4-28-05 letter to DMG in response to the inspection.
Problem No. 1 has been addressed~as follows:
1. The identification sign at the mine entrance does not show that a permit was issued by the
Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board and it does not show the permit number.
A sign that shows MLRB Permit No. M-1990-112 is posted at the pit.
We trust these responses adequately address the concerns noted in the inspection, report. If you
slave any questions regarding the State Pit, please contact me at 303-657-4118 atryour earliest
convenience. Thank you.
sincerely,
Phillip J.
