The site is a small 110-(2) sand and gravel operation located in Lincoln County. <br />According to the annual report and what was observed on site, the site was active this year, fresh <br />disturbance measuring approximately 1 acres was noted. High wall in the active area, measured <br />approximately 10 feet in height and 40 feet in length. It was stable no problem noted. The entire permit <br />area was walked and inspected. Small amount concrete slabs were noted along the East Side of the permit. <br />Pit slopes were stable and no major signs of erosion features were noted. The entire permit area was <br />properly fenced. Permit sign and boundary markers were properly displayed.
