Page 2 of 2 <br />I% <br />As, I stated to you, this containment requirement is inconsistent with the requirements of the Clean Water Act's - <br />Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure's plan (SPCC). We understand that this is something the DMG will <br />be working on to amend/address in their Spill Policy. We look forward to working with the DMG on addressing <br />these issues in the Spill Policy to make them consistent with the requirements already enforced by the CDPHE <br />and EPA. The extension should provide adequate time to address this issue with Colorado Rock Products <br />Association and the DMG. Please call me if you have any questions.
