Several or more oblique photographs of the site were taken <br />with a digital camera and will be used by the Division staff during future permitting and/or ground inspections to <br />determine compliance with the approved mine and reclamation plan. The photographs are attached to this report and <br />copies will be made available to the operator upon request. <br />2. The photographs include all portions of the permitted area west of the South Platte river and verify that the Brighton <br />Mine is an active site. The photographs indicate reclamation activities in the northern portion of the site and active <br />mining in the southern portion of the permit area thus confirming the results of the 2002 Annual Report.
