The existing financial warranty of $82,500 is insufficient January 20, 1998 <br />to perform reclamation and achieve a post-mining land use <br />of wildlife according to the existing plan. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />Submit either a replacement warranty of $1,940,500 or an PB or PV PB <br />additional warranty of $1,857,000 by January 20, 1998. If TOPICS (S) FW <br />the operator disagrees with the Division's notice to increase <br />the financial warranty, the operator may either request a <br />hearing before the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board or <br />provide a detailed reclamation cost estimate to achieve a <br />post-mining land use of wildlife habitat according to the <br />existing plan. <br />
