III. COMMENTS -COMPLIANCE <br />Below are comments on the inspection. The comments include discussion of observations made <br />during the inspection. Comments also describe any enforcement actions taken during the <br />inspection and the facts or evidence supporting the enforcement action. <br />This was an partial inspection of the Rimrock Coal Mine for the month of May, 1996. <br />The site is dry with no water in the pond. There appears to be no change since the last <br />inspection. <br />Slopes appear to be stable with no signs of any visible erosion. <br />There are a few small bare spots in the revegetation that will hopfully fill in by this fall with <br />established species on site. <br />
