Please submit any available water quality data for the seep water. <br />2. Address the possible discrepancy between the permit statement indicating <br />no discharge and the existence of an NPDES discharge point. <br />Tailings Pond Area: <br />1. Submit detailed topsoil budget calculations. These will include <br />existing stores (cubic yards) and existing surface acreage requiring <br />reclamation. We are concerned that valuable topsoil and growths medium <br />resource, which could be used to reclaim the tailing pond is being <br />wasted. <br />Test Plots: <br />• 1. Please submit currently available test plot data/information. <br />Urad Reservoir: <br />1. A future amendment should incorporate the Urad Reservoir within the <br />permit. <br />Gravel Pits: <br />1. Areas ready for reclamation should be reclaimed. Such activities could <br />start next spring (1987). <br />General: <br />1. Please respond to this inspection report within 30 days. <br />2.
