Commerrls also describe arty enforcement actions taken during the Irrspectlon <br />and the facts or evidence supportlng the enforcement action. <br />A single aerial photograph was taken of the Ohio Creek Mine i) two by Harry 12anney from the 1ivision <br />of Minerals aad Geology on April 1, 1998. At the time of the photograph about 50 percent of the site <br />was covered with snow. The photograph was reviewed by William J. Carter of the Division of Minerals <br />and Geology oa Apri121, 1998. <br />Baade: <br />At the time of the photograph, the Cmm~isaa County mad was covered with snow. At this time the road <br />does not appear to have been plowed <br />$ydroloeic Balanee⢠<br />There is no visible standing wather in either the ditch aJ the sedimentation pond. <br />No new slide or erosion damage is visible at this time. <br />
