Development Waste <br />One of the photographs, shown below, indicates that cover material is being applied to the <br />development waste pile in preparation for final reclamation. Light brown soil and/or cover <br />material is visible over most of the top of the pile. <br />Overall, the site appeared in normal condition for the summer season. <br />
