ProcessincL Waste <br />Flow was observed entering both the east and west downdrains from the RDA surface. The <br />east downdrain requires re-shaping immediately adjacent to the top of the refuse conveyor. <br />Rock from the center of the downdrain should be moved to the east at this location to ensure <br />flow remains centered in the ditch. Larger rocks are grouped together at this location and <br />form somewhat of an obstacle that tends to kick flow to the east and near the edge of this <br />portion of the ditch. Minimal movement and reposition of rock over about a 50 foot length <br />will keep flows centered in this downdrain. Terraces were functioning well, with minimal <br />ponding of water. <br />Overall, the site appeared in good condition for the sprang season. <br />
