The possible <br />violations should be corrected by the dates given to reduce their severity when considered by the Mined Land Reclamation <br />Board. No documentation is in the file for the importation of inert materials to the site 4 / 21 / p2 <br />Corrective Action: <br />Please submit the proper notice as required by Rule 3.1.5 (91 of the Construction Materials Rules and <br />Regulations. <br />2. Mine Plan states that trenches will be employed to extract gravel and the Reclamation Plan calls <br />for terracing ,neither of which was observed. <br />Please submit calculations based on overburden left within the permitted area to substantiate that <br />enough material remains to obtain the required 3:1 slope and terracing stated in the Reclamation Plan. <br />A Technical Revision needs to be submitted to allow the current method of mining and how terracing <br />will be emoloved as currently required.
