i <br />III. COMMENTS -COMPLIANCE <br />Below are comments on the inspection. The comments include discussion of observations made <br />during the inspection. Comments also describe any enforcement actions taken during the inspection <br />and the facts or evidence supporting the enforcement action. <br />This was a partial inspection of the Blue Flame Coal Mine for the month of March, 2000. The site is <br />under about 10 inches of snow. <br />Hydrologic Balance: The site appears stable despite being covered with snow. No signs of any <br />erosion is present. <br />Reclamation Success: No determination of this years vegetative growth could be made at this time. <br />
