III. COMMENTS -COMPLIANCE <br />Below are comments on the inspection. The comments include discussion of observations made <br />during the inspection. Comments also describe any enforcement actions taken during the <br />inspection and the facts or evidence supporting the enforcement action. <br />This was a complete inspection of the Arness McGriffen Mine for the month of February, 1997. <br />The site is snow covered but appears to be stable. It does not appear that there has been any <br />traffic going to the site since early winter. Everything appears the same since winter began. <br />
