A pre-operation inspection was made of the proposed Bennett Sand & Gravel Pit #2. Present <br />during the inspection was David Lincoln. <br />2. There were no significant or permanent man-made structures of interest noted during the <br />inspection. Also, nearby Kiowa Creek was found to be ephemeral, dry, and at least 25 feet <br />in elevation lower than the bottom elevation of the proposed pit. There does not appear to <br />be any potential for groundwater to be exposed at the Bennett Pit #2. <br />3. There are no trees to be removed or adversely affected as a result of the proposed <br />excavation. <br />4.
