The existing
pit coutours matched those on the last survey map. Therefore I was able to use the map to scale
the boundary and set the boundary relative to the existing contours and creek. The area staked
area should be approximately 5.1 acres, somewhat less than the permitted acreage of of 5.6.
Sincerely,
John Ackerman, PE
Assistant Materials Engineer
OT
s ~
r~~~o
~~~
September 24, 1998
RECEIVED
SEP 3 0 1998
DIV.
