(Page 2) <br />MINE ID # OR PROSPECTING ID #: Ad-~ 9A7-nRR <br />INSPECTION DATE: R/~n7 INSPECTOR'S INITIALS: ~;? <br />OBSERVATIONS <br />This inspection was conducted in response to a succession of operator application submitted to the <br />Division of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety. Present at the inspection was Kate Pickford, DRMS. <br />Weather at the time of the inspection was clear, calm, and approximately 85 degrees. <br />2. Active mining operations performed by La Plata County are currently occurring at the site. Activity at <br />the site consists of an area that is mined out which serves as a stockpile area. Other phases of the <br />operation have not yet been mined. There is a highwall along much of the active area which has not <br />been graded or reclaimed to any degree. <br />3. Relative to the application for succession of operator, the Division recalculated the bond for the site. <br />The new bond amount is $45,905.00, versus the current amount of $31,708.00. The new Operator will be <br />required to post the new bond amount prior to the succession of operator request being finalize and <br />approved.
