III. COMMENTS -COMPLIANCE <br />Below are comments on the inspection. The comments include discussion of observations made during the <br />inspection. Comments also describe any enforcement actions taken during the inspection and the facts or evidence <br />supporting the enforcement action. <br />This was a partial inspection of the Blue Flame Mine conducted by Tom Gillis of the Colorado Division of Minerals <br />and Geology. <br />HYDROLOGIC BALANCE <br />There aze no ponds or ditches on the site. However, vegetative cover has been re-established on all disturbed <br />azeas and appears adequate to effectively control erosion & sedimentation. <br />RECLAMATION SUCCESS <br />Reclaimed areas are in good shape with no significant weed infestations or bare areas noted. Shrub species are <br />doing well, particularly within the small dozer basins installed on the regazded upper mine bench azea. <br />
