Revegetation <br />The vegetation on the reclaimed areas of ponds 15-P1 is better due to recent <br />rainfall. Scotch thistle requires some mechanical control early in the next <br />growing season. Grasses are limited but improving conditions may prevent the <br />reclamation from total failure. Without control of grazing pressure, establishing <br />significant vegetation on these areas may be difficult. Cattle were not observed <br />in the area on this day. <br />Overall, the areas inspected are in fair condition for the winter season. <br />4 <br />
