A site inspection of the Durham Pit was made to verify the progress made in installation of the "Final Flood Control <br />Measures" along the south bank of the Poudre River, via Technical Revision No. 2. Present during the inspection was <br />Brad Janes and Mike Ramsey of Varra Companies Inc., and Bruce Ericksen (consultant to the operator). Digital <br />photographs of the completed construction were taken and are attached to this report. <br />2.
