(Page 2) <br />MINE ID # OR PROSPECTING ID # M-1979-155 <br />INSPECTION DATE 4/30/2003 <br />INSPECTOR'S INITIALS SSS <br />This was a brief partial inspection to determine if problems noted in the 2000 and 1996 inspections had been corrected and to <br />briefly get an overview of the site. <br />The mine identification sign and affected area boundary markers are in place and incompliance with Rule 3.1.12. This verifies <br />correction of the previous problems noted. <br />No significant infestations of noxious or other problematic weeds were noted on site during this inspection. <br />No significant erosional features were noted on the affected areas of the site. <br />Some refuse is scattered about the site, but this is not unexpected when a site is intermittently active.
