III. COMMENTS -COMPLIANCE <br />Below are comments on the inspection. The comments include discussion of observations made during <br />the inspection. Comments also describe any enforcement actions taken during the inspection and the <br />facts or evidence supporting the enforcement action. <br />This was a partial inspection of the Coal Gulch Mine conducted by Tom Gillis ofthe Colorado Division of Minerals <br />and Geology. <br />The cable across the entrance to the access road was in place at the time of the inspection. <br />Hvdrolo¢ic Balance <br />Elevation of water in the sediment pond is unchanged from the previous inspection. The collection ditch leading <br />from the top of the regraded spoil pile to the highway drainage ditch also appears to be in the same condition as noted <br />in previous inspections. <br />
