OBSERVATIUIvS OF IhIPUKTANCE:
1. The site was inspected with P1r. Jim Leidinq
2. The Loukonen Brothers havea contract with Martin 1larietta to do the
actual quarry operation under this permit.
3. The topsoil and overburden has been stockpiled on the south side of
the pit.
4. Large silica rock has been placed on the east side of the quarry and
eventually will be crushed.
5. Reclamation has not commenced due to the active nature of this quarry.
Approximately 6.5 acres have been disturbed.
