III. COMMENTS-COMPLIANCE <br />Below are comments on the inspection. The comments include discussion of observations made during the inspection. Comments <br />also describe any enforcement actions taken during the inspection and the facts of evidence supporting the enforcement action. <br />This mine has gone through Phase I on all disturbed areas, and Phase II and III Bond Release on all but <br />approximately 8.9 acres. The permit boundary was reduced to enclose 8.9 acres. These acres consist of <br />four separate parcels: three are designated as shrub areas and one a (former and reclaimed) slide area. A <br />proposed final bond release application is in process for the 8.9 acres. <br />HYDROLOGIC BALANCE <br />There was no surface runoff from the permit azeas. There was no dischazge from the underground <br />drains of the repaired slump azea. <br />REVEGETATION <br />Revegetated areas looked good with no bare areas.
