Comments also describe any enforcement actions taken during the <br />inspection and the facts or evidence supporting the enforcement action. <br />Topsoil Stockpiles <br />There were no signs of gullying at the topsoil stockpiles. The west topsoil stockpile was well <br />vegetated. The vegetation on the east stockpiles ranged from poor to good. Topsoil stockpile <br />signs were up.
