III. COMMENTS -COMPLIANCE <br />Below are comments on the inspection. The comments include discussion of observations made <br />during the inspection. Comments also describe any enforcement actions taken during the <br />inspection and the facts or evidence supporting the enforcement action. <br />On October 4, 1994 the Division conducted a partial inspection of the Bourg Strip <br />Mine. At the time of the inspection the weather was cool and clear. The last <br />inspection was on September 13, 1994. Site conditions have not changed since <br />the last inspection. <br />This reclaimed mine site looked stable and no problems were noted. Water bars <br />on the road around the inside perimeter of the mine were functioning. <br />
