James C, Stevens <br />Mined Land Reclamation Division <br />t Colorado Department of Natural Resources <br />1313 Sherman Street, Room 215 <br />Denver, Co 80203-2273 <br />P. 7 <br />' Re: Source of Legal Right to Enter Sueno <br />Mine and Mill--Permit #M-80-128 <br />Dear Mr. Stevens: <br />This letter shall provide the Mined Land Reclamation Divi- <br />' Sion verification that Homestate, Inc, has the legal right to <br />enter on, permit, mine, mill and conduct whatever other opera- <br />tions are necessary to explore, develop and produce gold, silver <br />and other minerals from said property, including the reclamation <br />' thereof. <br />Effective October 7, 1991, Energetics, Inc. entered into an <br />' agreement with Homestate, Inc., whereby Homestate has a lease on <br />all of Energetics' properties in the Jamestown Mining District <br />for a term of three years. Homestate also has an option to <br />acquire 1008 of said properties over the same period. <br />By virtue of said agreement, Homestate is responsible for <br />all costs and expenses of maintaining and operating the property, <br />' including, but not limited to, monthly lease rental, taxes, <br />insurance, royalties, assessment, permitting and reclamation. <br />Homestate has additionally retained Energetics on a part-time <br />basis to help facilitate the acquisition of permits, provide <br />historical, geologic and operating data and other information and <br />services. <br />' Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions <br />regarding this matter. <br />' Very truly yours, <br />ENERGETICS, INC, <br />' A.
